The Traditional Sports and Games Federation India (TSGF India) is officially affiliated and recognized by the Asian Traditional Sports and Games Association (ATSGA) and the International Traditional Sports and Games Association (ITSGA).


Asian Traditional Sports and Games Association (ATSGA)

The Asian Traditional Sports and Games Association (ATSGA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting traditional sports and games across Asia. It is affiliated with the International Traditional Sports and Games Association (ITSGA).

Aims of ATSGA

ATSGA aims to:
✅ Represent traditional sports and games at the Asian level.
✅ Safeguard, study, exchange, promote, and develop traditional sports and games.
✅ Enhance social health, intercultural dialogue, and overall well-being.

Objectives of ATSGA

✔ Encourage the practice of traditional sports and games across Asia.
✔ Unite and support sports and cultural organizations under ATSGA.
✔ Establish new organizations for traditional sports and games.
✔ Develop an information network for research, reports, magazines, newsletters, and digital training.
✔ Organize international meetings and conferences.
✔ Foster friendly relationships between federations, associations, and individuals in Asian nations.
✔ Support youth education policies that enhance the quality of life for all, including adults, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.


International Traditional Sports and Games Association (ITSGA)

The International Traditional Sports and Games Association (ITSGA) was founded on July 11, 2009, in Aranda de Duero, Spain. It consists of continental organizations that focus on promoting, developing, and preserving traditional sports and games worldwide.

Objectives of ITSGA

  • Represent traditional sports and games on a global level.
  • Encourage cultural exchange and social well-being through sports.
  • Prohibit political, religious, or racial bias in discussions.

The ITSGA headquarters is located at the president’s registered address, and its location can be changed by council decision.
